Lacasa hot chocolate with coconut (vegan)

INGREDIENTS

FOR 2 CUPS SERVINGS

400 ml coconut milk
120 g Lacasa hot chocolate
40 ml coconut liqueur (optional)
c/s coconut clouds
tbsp grated coconut for sprinkling

ELABORATION

Put the coconut milk and chocolate in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly until it dissolves, boils and thickens.
Remove from heat and add the liqueur (optional).
Serve immediately with coconut clouds (which will melt slightly with the heat of the chocolate) and sprinkled with shredded coconut.
